Vince Cruz joined the team in 2011 after 16 years with a large corporate transportation department. He has most recently served as the Director of Refrigerated Logistics at Reed Transport. He has over 20 years of experience in the logistics industry with a specialization in refrigerated transport. He has experience in both inbound and outbound deliveries on the dry and reefer sides of the business. His core responsibilities as EVP of Carrier Development include short-term and long-range planning and budget development to support business goals. Vince currently serves as the internal commander-in-chief for the organization; providing a strong day-to-day leadership presence.
